Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
If there is any delay due to increased demand or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly via email or message.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Orders are shipped via ELTA Courier or ACS, depending on your location and service availability.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and its packaging. We will do our best to find a fair solution.
